PS-2107 Battery Thermal Paste is a silicone-based thermal interface compound (TIC) that offers high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. It is applied between surfaces such as battery cells and aluminum sheets, or BMS boards and heat sinks, ensuring uniform contact and efficient heat dissipation.
With a smooth, non-drying consistency, it fills microscopic air gaps and irregularities on contact surfaces, providing a reliable thermal path while maintaining its insulating properties under thermal cycling and mechanical stress.
